Get to know the owner

Nathan S. Hotler, CPA has been practicing tax and bookkeeping services, first in Kentucky, and now in California since 1991. After receiving his Business Administration degree with a focus in Information Systems from the University of Southern California in 2006, he worked at a mid-tier accounting firm in Los Angeles for nine years until January 2016. During that time, he completed his accounting studies at the UCLA Extension in 2008 and successfully completed the CPA exam. He received his CPA license in June 2010. Nathan S. Hotler, CPA started his own firm, Nathan S. Hotler, CPA, in 2016.

Rebecca Dyer, CPA has Big Four and private industry experience. She brings a high level of expertise to all of the work she does. She mostly works with our bookkeeping and consulting clients on a contracted basis with Nathan S. Hotler, CPA..

Ariana Michner

Ariana Michner recently graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Professional Accountancy. She is currently a CPA candidate and works closely with Nathan Hotler to assist in all tax preparations.
